How to get a 6 pack in 6 weeks



We have probably all seen the above photo of these 2 guys. It actually makes me laugh everytime I see it. It’s a great photo and shows an amazing shortcut into getting awesome abs and keeping the Beer Belly.

However for me this isn’t an option. I want my belly gone and I just want the rock hard Abs!! And I’m going to share with you how I’m going to do it in 

I’m back from my holiday and ready to go. I’m determined to get this beer belly gone and in shape with a six pack showing again.

I’ve been told that being over 40 will make it hard and I won’t be able to get to where I was in my 20’s. However I disagree, I feel I can do it and I’m going to give it my best shot.

I’m going to devise a workout plan and share it and I’ve started to read a book called –

The Bulletproof Diet: Lose up to a pound a Day, Reclaim Energy

This book is written by a guy called Dave Asprey, a silicon Valley multi millionaire who at the time weighed 300 pounds.

He claims his book will ‘Challenge and change how you think about weight loss’.

My aim is to start reading it and highlight some key facts that I will be personally using and document the results.

As with my training, I will share my workouts and results and hopefully chart the ever shrinking beer belly loss of inches.

I don’t know if I can do it in 6 weeks or not but you have to have goals. So as of today I start going to war on the fat that makes up my beer belly. I’m going to defeat it and destroy it. It will be gone and a shiny set of Abs will be in it’s place within 6 weeks.
